In Conversation With: Alex Snider
Tune in to listen to today's guest: Alex Snider!
Alex is a Scale-Up Coachsultant and Executive Partner that helps Founders overcome the challenges that come with growing teams, scaling operations and navigating the intricacies of building a sustainable and thriving business such as reputation damaging process and performance gaps, employee attrition, inefficient resource allocation, overwhelming demands on leadership and uncharted waters such as equity compensation.
She does this through her bespoke strategic leadership-focused approach that helps leaders reach profitable growth without the common mistakes that keep entrepreneurs and founders shackled into day-to-day operations and instead helps them establish key processes to be hands-off and working in their zone of genius while cultivating an engaged and autonomous team that drive reliable results without micromanagement.
Her vast, in-depth background in strategic planning and operational improvement allows her to bring objectivity and structure to support visionary leaders and entrepreneurs to go from scrappy to established, with solidified operations and strong leadership that makes profitable growth inevitable.
Her eye for strategy began during her athletic career in show jumping and on the rugby pitch where she learned to map out angles, analyze opportunities and exploit gaps in the competition. Later being refined throughout her decade in Strategy Consulting and M&A, where she gained experience from startup strategic planning, to multi-million operational improvements and multi-billion dollar divestments.
She subsequently cut her teeth in the entrepreneurial world, co-founding and partnering with startups to take them from strained, slow, low margin growth to profitably exceeding revenue targets; most recently completing a successful COVID turnaround and subsequent exit for her business partner in April 2021. The combination of these experiences allows her to help growing startups identify priorities and close gaps, define and hire the right roles, save time and money in order to accelerate growth, and meet milestones sooner with greater stability, confidence and enjoyment.
Alex's passion for all things Strategy, Operations and Performance brings insight, energy and perspective to her work that clients have called ‘undeniable’ and ‘transformational’. She has a particular interest in working with innovative visionaries who have a strong impact-driven purpose yet need support in making the next level a reality. Work and wanderlust have taken her across 6 continents; nomadic for 4yrs since leaving the UK, she currently calls Mexico home.

In Conversation With: Mouse Wilson
Tune in to today's podcast episode to listen to the journey of Mouse Wilson!
Mouse Wilson - Men’s Weight Loss Coach Navy veteran, cyborg, that dropped a total of 120 Lb.
Mouse is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Substance Use Recovery Coach, Mental Health First Aid Responder, and Weight-loss Life Coach.
He gently empowers men that feel uncomfortably overweight to have active, healthy, and balanced lifestyles. And this is his journey in a bite -
When I was 300 lbs I used to get winded climbing in and out of bed, I was constantly drained and fatigued, and I lost all interest in sex and actually living.
In April 2018, after suffering nine years of nerve pain I was out of hope and chose to end my life. I spent 36 hours in the ICU and a week in the VA hospital after intentionally overdosing on my anti-depressants. My Transformation began when I chose to live while being driven to the ER.
I know what hopeless and helpless feel like.
I’ve been where you're at and I know a way out.
For decades I struggled with depression, chronic pain, and negative body image and I blamed it on everyone and everything else. I spent uncounted hours (and energy) blaming my doctors for not “fixing” me, eating junk food, drinking two litres of Mt Dew a day, taking opiates for pain…
and it left me exhausted, defeated, and bitter.
Then ONE thing changed.
(Spoiler Alert: I didn’t do it alone!) I finally decided to take responsibility for my choices. I sought out support and asked for help. I took courses, participated in various training, and mentors, had vulnerable conversations with friends, and I got a coach!
I went from being too rigid to touch my toes or go for a walk to palming the ground and walking daily.
Now, my clients get healthy, active, and feel comfortable in their skin.
His mission is to work together with men so that they can be healthy, active and have the lifestyle they intentionally choose.
