Professional speaking and stand-up comedy aren't that different. Both require you to hold an audience by expressing an idea that connects—often times, through stories.     While I've been sauna'ing for years consistently, the cold plunge is a newer habit I've picked up. First learning about Wim Hoff (the OG of cold plunging) years ago on Rogan, I've been slowly dipping my toes (and body) into various cold tubs. My take is that cold benefits are a bit less agreed upon than sauana benefits, but it's something I'm currently committed to nonetheless.
