Wendy is very inspiring and super positive. She has been very open about her own struggles and journey. She understands that not everyone is a size 2 and works with that. She is very relatable to people because she’s honest and understands how difficult weight loss and maintaining good health is. 🙌

Wendy knows what she's talking about , and she doesn't coat her production in a thick layer of gloss. It's a good recording and you can hear everything-- what I mean is that she sounds like a real person talking to *you* and not just some yutz who is clamoring for attention and advertisers. She has worthwhile things to say and you will enjoy listening to her. A great podcast for those into health and wellness.
