I’ve truly been enjoying the podcast and message. It’s a long road and even though I know I’m not alone out there, it’s nice to hear the stories of similar people challenging the darkness to find the light. Keep up the great work!

I’m not one to write reviews. But I have to say your podcast was very interesting. Someone that understands what PTSD is. It may not be the same traumas but it’s definitely a mental illness that takes us down when we do go through a trauma. Just hearing others’ words makes me feel not alone. Thank you for being willing to share your story to help others. That is my hope one day that I can share mine if I can just reach one to help them it will be worth all that I went through. The battle of the mind is one of the hardest battles I have ever faught .And hearing you talk helps me remember the little victories I had along the way. My counselor gave me a poem about the hole in the sidewalk. Autobiography in Five Short Chapters I. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost. I am helpless. It isn't my fault. It takes forever to find a way out. II. I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I still don't see it. I fall in again. I can't believe I am in the same place. It isn't my fault. It still takes a long time to get out. III. I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. And most times I’ve learned to walk around. I remember I kept fallen in the hole. But I kept climbing out.Now I know how to go around the holes. I’ve learned that I can take another road so that I don’t run into the same traumas that were daily in my life. Thank you what a superb podcast. Look forward to the rest.
