The Discreditation and Sabotage of Black Male Leadership with Tony Kimble - Season 2 (Episode 7)

Throughout history the black male’s leadership has been scrutinized and sabotaged; but why? Why is society so eager to see him fail? Why is his representation and authority subjected to unrealistic expectations and detestation? Is his leadership even important? Is it truly necessary for the growth and progression of the community or is it a liability that causes resentment and trauma? During this conversation we explore these answers as we prepare the next generation for the  trials and tribulations of this responsibility. We discuss what leaders of the past experienced during their tenure in addition to why we as individuals have decided to lead by example with this intentional representation. This is a great listen for those who want a behind the scenes look at what it takes to not only be a leader in the community but to be a black male leader in the community. To be an educator, mentor, and a leader that provides stability and upliftment to those who need him most. As always thank you for the support.
