    Do You Want a Greater Sense of Food Freedom? with Brittany Braswell

    Do you want to embrace a greater sense of food freedom ?   I loved sitting with Brittany Braswell on the podcast and talking about the freedom that Jesus purchased for us on the cross for us to experience in every area of our lives,. This includes freedom from food guilt and body shame.   “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” – Galatians 5:1   Brittany is a Registered Dietitian, food freedom & body image coach, and host of The Joy-Filled Eater Podcast.
