    F is for Failure!

    Queue the old Rose DeWitt Bukater AKA Rose Dawson in the Titanic movie, "It's been 84 years..." because that's how long it feels since an episode of The Standard Psycho has been uploaded. Julianne starts off the episode trying to dissect the reasoning behind her absence with TSP, while also giving a slight run down of what has happened over the past year. She ends with some exciting news that she hopes is a step in the right direction to her future. Sometimes, you just gotta take that leap of faith.

    Taking A Mental Health Day

    Why does no one talk about the anxiety one gets from the pressure others put on them? Whether you want to admit it or not, you probably have been on both sides of that situation - Julianne definitely has. Some days you may get a lot of things done, and some days you might not be productive at all and that is OK. Not everyone can be at 100% every single day. Sometimes you need to take a mental health day... or eight.  A lot goes on in this episode, and you will just have to tune in to see what kind of crazy Julianne has stirred up this week. There is a mixture of everything included - loud monologues, unneeded outbursts, self-awareness, mental health talk, random stories, and more. Hope you are ready for it.     TWO weeks TOO long! Julianne has realized that doing this podcast has had a tremendous effect on her mental health and not recording last week was like missing a therapy session. Missing therapy = mentally unstable = Julianne. Enjoy, or try to enjoy, this episode full of the realization that not everything is sunshine and f***ing rainbows. Sometimes you gotta talk in a monotone, go through a pessimistic state, and hate everyone and life. Life is full of highs and lows and you have to experience one to get the other.
