In This Episode: [00:44] Hey, hey friends, thanks for joining me today!
[02:05] Today I am getting really specific on the steps of setting your CRM correctly.
[04:22] First grab either some different color sticky notes, highlighters or crayons.
[05:03] Now I want you to start working on your flow or your process with your clients.
[06:18] When a lead comes in, what is the next step?
[10:05] If a customer wants to work with you, then you send a proposal.
[11:05] Once they pay the invoice, send a thank you for booking email.
[12:17] You keep clients by building the know, like, and trust factor.
[15:15] Think about what else you need to be part of the flow.
[18:09] Look at your flow and mark what you need, this is the secret sauce.
[21:02] The workflow you wrote down will be recreated in the workflow space in your CRM.
[24:00] Start with packages first.
[28:15] Have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon!
