Garrett and D2 editor John Cusick jumped on the mics for an emergency podcast to discuss the latest news.

NOTE: We have since edited our initial published audio to clarify language that TSR used when discussing the D2 cross country national qualifying system.

A Weekly Must-Listen

Informative & entertaining, The Blue Oval Podcast is a weekly must-listen for me to stay ahead of NCAA XC & Distance Track news. Garrett & Ben feel like knowledgeable friends I can eavesdrop on to find out who’s who in the collegiate running community. Shout out to the data analytics team that provides so much of the rankings & comparisons which grounds the podcast discussion in facts to support future projections. I’m a longtime listener, mom of a collegiate runner, wearer of a “vintage Stride Report/Blue Oval” podcast logo baseball cap!

Mike at the bar ,

Keep up the good work

For running there really aren’t too many good media options to go to that cover the sport and also have extensive knowledge of the sport. The stride report fits the bill. It offers great insight into running and has some wonderful predictions of things to come.

Run Hippie ,

Just Nerdy enough

Love the details, it’s like listening to the local run crew about what’s going on on the college scene and beyond. Kudos and keep it up
