Mind reader answering questions I didn’t even know I had but was experiencing!

I was sitting at a new job where working independently and listening to ear pods is a trend. I just found Anna’s podcast by chance browsing what was available. Recently, I knew I wanted to get back into Keto lifestyle, but I wasn’t feeling confident. (Plus, I am a busy working mom). Every single episode spoke to me and I ended up listening to 11 episodes in one sitting. I feel like each episode she was reading my mind and answering real life questions I didn’t even know I had, but was experiencing. I recommended her podcast to two Keto mom friends right away and they were so excited! Such a great resource and reinforcement for those of us who are struggling.

For someone who I have only met a few months ago, you have had a tremendous positive impact. You never gave up on me and now I can listen to you on my commutes to work. Especially good for me since I'm about to start a turnaround at work. I can definitely relate on your experiences with gaining weight when you are on your own for your first time.
