The Swell is audio-immersive theatrical experience for one. Each episode will feature the work of commissioned playwrights wherein all of the action of the play is heard through carefully curated sound effects, music, and dialogue. Each play will also have a specific accessible location in mind where the audience can choose to listen to that play in order to heighten their experience. Produced by Refracted Theatre Company, The Swell turns up the volume on singular immersion to reinvigorate our collective humanity.
