    Kyrie’s Questionable Leadership, the Bizarre College Season, and Good Fits for Incoming Prospects

    We’re back! We start off this episode talking about Kyrie Irving’s controversial statement about the Brooklyn Nets needing more “pieces” and discuss his questionable leadership. We then talk about Markelle Fultz’s comeback to stardom and his recent triple-double in a win against the Los Angeles Lakers. We also discuss Lonzo Ball’s recent improvements, Ja Morant’s ROTY-esque season, Blake Griffin, as well as trades teams can make as the deadline approaches. We then continue with a conversation about which teams incoming draft prospects would fit best with, along with a discussion about the chaotic college basketball season thus far. We end off the show with our thoughts on the bizarre All-Star voting.

    Why NBA TV Ratings Are Down, The Raptors Unique Defense Against Harden, and NY’s Coaching Situation

    In this episode, we start off by talking about Lonzo Ball, who has been inconsistent in his first season in New Orleans. We then discuss the decrease of TV ratings in the NBA, and our explanations behind this. After that, we talk about the Knicks coaching change, how Masai Ujiri may be interested in joining the organization to help build the team, and the impact that this would have on the Knicks. Following this is a conversation about AD’s prolific defensive play this season, and Nick Nurse’s unique, interesting defensive scheme that contained James Harden when the Raptors faced the Rockets. We then talk about Carmelo Anthony’s controversial player of the week award, Giannis and the Bucks’ win streak, the importance of home court advantage in the Eastern conference, and whether or not Kobe Bryant would make a good coach.

    In today’s episode, we talk about how Jamal Crawford hasn’t been signed to a team, Lonzo Ball’s return to action and disappointing start with the Pelicans, as well as the Clippers, Carmelo Anthony’s first few games in Portland, and Ben Simmons’ FIRST NBA three-pointer. We then participate in a fun activity of which player would be best if given another players’ ability, followed by if we think Draymond Green is being exposed as a player on the struggling Warriors, and if Steve Kerr is an overrated coach. We then give our thoughts on the recent LaMelo Ball article about his journey in basketball, his father, and his unexpected path to the NBA.

    Malik Monk, Jabari Parker’s Opportunity in Atlanta, Carmelo Anthony’s NBA Return, and Much More

    In this episode, we discuss the Celtics to start (including the return of Gordon Hayward after his injury, Kemba Walker’s production so far this season, and Jayson Tatum’s abysmal shooting performance). We then talk about Luka Doncic’s unbelievably dominant play in a possible MVP season, followed by Kristaps Porzingis’ return to the Mecca. We also discuss Terry Rozier and Devonte Graham’s progress with the Hornets, as well as Malik Monk’s rarely talked about NBA career since being a lottery pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. Later on, we talk about why James Harden is never considered the best current player in the game, and who actually is the best player in the game (you won’t be too surprised). Lastly, Carmelo Anthony is finally back in the NBA! We’ll talk about what needs to happen for Melo’s return to work and not ruin team chemistry in Portland.
