Overall, I've found this podcast to be helpful and edifying. However, it increasingly seems as if these brothers might be getting swept up in this whole Post-Mill Reconstruction movement that seems to be gaining traction in the reformed world as of late. It as least has that stench to it from my perspective. With the close ties to former host Jared Longshore (now Doug Wilson's right hand man), I guess I'm not surprised. I'm all for the value of political theology, but aside from the danger of Reconstructionism obscuring the Church's true mission, this topic quickly travels into the realm of Christian Liberty, where one must tread with caution to not bind others' consciences. I'm disappointed with some of the broad-brushing, condemning claims that seem to be increasingly popping up in reference to other "cowardly" Christian leaders who happen to disagree with these brothers on certain political theology out-workings...while at the same time being silent about certain legitimate grievances that folks have about our sitting President.
