The Tai Chi Minute is a short but focused video lesson on Tai Chi. It picks up where every instructional video (even my own!) leaves off. The Tai Chi Minute is 30 years of Tai Chi practice and experience captured in bite-sized nuggets. The primary message of the Tai Chi Minute is this: have more fun! In Chinese, the word for a Tai Chi practitioner is player - as in I play Tai Chi. So when you practice, remember to relax and play your Tai Chi... dont overwork it. Enjoy! **www.drtaichi.com**

excellent!

the tips that david dorian ross provide in this series are really really good. he is methodical, clear in the movement demonstrations, and he explains the reasons behind each movement as well as gives us the context of how the movement is employed in a tai chi sequence. very very helpful. can't do better than this! well. except to practice.

Excellent Addition to His Videos

I have a couple of Ross's videos. The T'ai Chi Minutes are great additions for those times at the gym or even when traveling. Ross is invariably clear both in this explanations and his demonstrations. Of all the videos I have acquired, his are the most helpful, and of the podcasts, I also like his the best.

The Weirdo From the Theatric Dimension ,

I'm Not Very Sure...

I can't really tell if he knows what he's doing or not. I think I'll just search the web for official references rather than use this podcast.
