Grateful for this podcast!

It is clear from this podcast that Anna has a genuine heart for helping people cope with their lives and their life issues. Her care and concern are obvious not only from the content, but from her voice and tone, as well. She is immeasurably calming to listen to and I always feel better after 10 minutes of podcast “therapy” with her. She obviously knows what it is to suffer, herself, and she carries no pretense of personal perfectionism. She successfully conveys the notion that she is in the trenches with us...working things out in her own life even as she passes along to others what has helped her. I’m enormously grateful for this podcast!
