Nutrition Hacks Podcast

Y’all! These ladies bring it and absolutely slay every. single. week! I really loved the nutrition hacks podcast. Some of the hacks I already use (like eating veggies with every meal!), some were great reminders (walking after dinner/suppa 😉), and some were new (never even thought of making my own cookbook). They give great advice and are super candid in a way that is refreshing and actually helpful. You need this in your life.

Their way or the highway

If you CrossFit and follow their way of eating, you’ll like this. If you do any other workout or diet, well, you’re wrong in their eyes. Even if it works for you or it’s backed by science, they don’t care. They’ll shoot it down (and not with science!) but rather relying on the same old blogs and info that already exists within the CrossFit community. Definitely not uplifting, as they don’t know how to uplift one group without tearing down others. I lasted two episodes before I had to switch to Lift Heavy Run Long, a much better, more inspirational podcast.
