I am over the moon with this pod cast! I seriously feel like we are sisters lol. Easy listen funny and focus on things that people new to the process or seasoned can relate to. We are all just out here trying to be the best versions of ourselves! You definitely help with that. I’m pretty sure Ives listened to season one in a weekend lol amazing work ladies! Thanks for the weekly “pep” talks that we all need to hear!
So glad I found you!
I am so glad I found this podcast! I know you girls are BEASTS in the gym and so far beyond my fitness level but you somehow speak to me personally! I am over 300lbs, in my early 30s and just started my fitness journey. I had no idea that girls who I saw in the gym that are so beautiful and have the best body think the same thoughts I think. I feel so empowered when listening to you, and I will never quit. I’ve lost 40 lbs in the past 4 months... just the beginning for me!!
Thank you!
