Love these ladies and love this podcast!

I just joined the FB page a couple of weeks ago and started the e-book today. Decided to listen to the podcast while I was cleaning today - started with episode 1 and have been listening for a few hours. Great information and they are so fun to listen to - it’s going to take quite a while to get caught up to the current episode, but I really look forward to hearing them all!

BEST. PODCAST. EVER.

When I hear the TTSL podcast drop each week, I feel like they’ve been reading my mind. I don’t know how they do it, but they deliver some of the most straightforward and RELEVANT health and fitness info I’ve ever come across on the internet.

I became a fan of their clothing company, Constantly Varied Gear, after I came across an ad in my Facebook wall. I started following them in hopes of snagging a pair of super cute leggings, having no idea what I was getting myself into. Almost a year later, I’ve found myself unfollowing other brands that I trusted at one time, only to find out they were bought and paid for by phony MLM schemes. This is my go-to group of people I turn to when I need evidence-based health and fitness advice.
