We are all just out here trying to be the best versions of ourselves! You definitely help with that. I’m pretty sure Ives listened to season one in a weekend lol amazing work ladies! Thanks for the weekly “pep” talks that we all need to hear!

Nikki Never Quit ,

So glad I found you!

I am so glad I found this podcast! I know you girls are BEASTS in the gym and so far beyond my fitness level but you somehow speak to me personally! I am over 300lbs, in my early 30s and just started my fitness journey. I had no idea that girls who I saw in the gym that are so beautiful and have the best body think the same thoughts I think. I feel so empowered when listening to you, and I will never quit. I’ve lost 40 lbs in the past 4 months... just the beginning for me!!
