More Than Just The Miles

Jeff and Jeremy dig into more than just the physical miles that people ran. They help bring out everyone’s personal story into how they started running ultras. A lot of great guests with amazing stories of how ultra running has played a part in their life. Everyone has a deeper story in this sport, and J&J give them a voice to share it. Absolutely worth a listen!
