Welcome to Episode 3 of The Umana Experience Podcast. In this episode, I’m joined by practitioner Jo Atanasow from Mornington Peninsula, who trained with me in the Umana Technique Practitioner Training in 2025. Jo is the beautiful heart behind Healing with Jo, and together we explore her journey into this work, what called her to train, and how the experience of learning and practising the Umana Technique has impacted both her personal life and the way she works with others. Our conversation moves beyond healing sessions alone and into a bigger vision of bringing advanced spiritual and energetic tools into spaces outside traditional spiritual communities. We speak about the importance of accessibility, community, conscious leadership, and creating opportunities for this work to reach people from all walks of life, including remote communities, businesses, and potentially even correctional facilities and other underserved spaces.Jo and I are deeply passionate about building conscious communities with meaningful connection, and ensuring these modalities are shared in grounded, practical, and inclusive ways. We also hint at some of the philanthropic work and future projects we hope to collaborate on together. We also talk about the Pellowah healing technique in this episode.Pellowah is a consciousness-based modality brought through by Kachina Ma’an and is intended as a tool for enlightenment. It is a channel of pure source light and is intelligent, high-frequency energy that supports expansion, realignment, and wellbeing.During the interview I talk about my personal experience of incredible outcomes with my own animals. However, Pellowah is not designed or intended as a healing tool, and there are no guaranteed outcomes if used for supporting health issues. I have still had extraordinary experiences through its use in that context. It’s important to note that Pellowah is not a replacement for medical or veterinary care, but rather a complementary practice some people choose to include alongside medical support. In both instances I mentioned, my animals were also under veterinary care at the time.Pellowah can be used with adults, children, animals, and even plants, and is often explored as a way of supporting deeper internal transformation and expanded awareness. It’s been some time since the previous episode, and in that time I’ve stepped further into my role as a Umana Technique teacher, facilitating practitioner trainings across Australia, with many more classes, travels, and international plans unfolding ahead for both Umana Technique and Pellowah.Thank you for being here and supporting these conversations. Enjoy Episode 3 and Episode 4 will be arriving very soon.Umana Technique Teacher & HostVictoria • Tasmania • Western Australia • New ZealandRachael Simmelmann | Earth Light Spirit MedicineWebsite: www.earthlightspirit.comUmana Technique: www.umanatechnique.comInstagram: @earthlightspiritUmana Technique PractitionerMornington Peninsula & Remote SessionsJo Atanasow | Healing with JoLinktree: linktr.ee/healingwith_joInstagram: @healingwithjo
