When I listen to this podcast, it makes me want to be closer with Jesus in daily, supernatural union. Eugene has a way of going back into the moments of Jesus life and making them come alive. He puts you in the room, in the field, or on the boat with Jesus and his followers.

Luning pries open our imagination WITHIN the scriptures and takes us to the very divinely-driven mind and pen with which the Word was made plain by its authors. I’ve been “deep” in this podcast for the last two months and find great assistance here as I, myself, frequent the scriptures both alone and with this sort of helpful assistance. What a blessing it is to journey alongside Luning across the scriptures in deep theological substance and insight, and yet in the same moment be awakened within that often heady experience to the new, real life he shows us that Jesus offers there.

The scriptural insight presented in these podcasts are very profound and very compelling. The challenges and Calls to Action present something very needed in the conversation of living your faith authentically in the present day.
