    Parents are Just Kids With Kids

    Recorded this a few weeks ago and I've felt so guilty for not getting content out this last 10 days and felt compelled to post this.  Especially during this whacky time of quarantine, some tensions within families will be high.  We're all feeling the pinch in some way from this experience and just remember we're all learning to do what's best and we'll make mistakes along the way.  Love you all !!!

    The return of Jessie Mae.  So exciting!!!  Part of Jessie's 30daycleanse was less tech and TV, which led her to reading several books, one being my all time fave, The Surrender Experiment.  March has always been a tough month for her and a month that she's wanted to exert more control over her life.  But as she so expertly put it "I've gained more control through surrender than I ever had before."  Listen to her amazing story.  Love you all!!!

    I was so inspired to do this episode after listening to a Deepak Chopra podcast.  That podcast helped me realize that during this cleanse that I've felt a little disconnected from spirit and I've since taken steps necessary to more properly align my Body Mind & Soul.  Love you all so much!!!
