    Have you looked somewhere for you SOULution only to be met with “No”, “I can’t help you right now”, “In 3 weeks from now”, basically any response that does not include a “yes, it can be addressed/resolved right now.”  You know why?  Because it’s not there; where you’re looking.  That’s why.  Simply put.  If you’re looking somewhere it isn’t, you won’t find it.  So back off, step away and let it be.  In THAT space, you WILL discover your SOULution. In this episode I share with you my experience with my electric bike NOT working, yet the battery is fully charged.  How I called and looked for my SOULution and everywhere I looked, I wasn’t met with the assistance to help with my bike NOW.  So I hung up my hat, so to say, for a few hours and in that space - POW - my SOULution showed itself.  Not because I was looking for it, because I gave it SPACE and focused elsewhere.     #45 Meditation To Move That Which Has Been Stuck

    Are you dealing with something?  Anything… Physically, emotionally; in your relationships, work, body, etc.  And you’re dealing with it… and it’s oh so there… and you wish it wasn’t.  You wish it’d just GO AWAY.  But it hasn’t and it won’t.  I mean at this point, what do you have to do to get it to go on it’s way? Well… you need to STOP + LISTEN to YOURSELF.  You need to BE STILL + FEEL whatever you’re feeling.  When you allow yourself to LISTEN + FEEL your innerworld, you allow yourself to BE.  Emotions are like the tides of water.  They have a natural ebb + flow and many of us do not relate to our emotions as such.  When we repress, set aside and ignore our emotions we inhibit them from flowing which only exacerbates our experience with them and what they’re connected to; we stop the ebb + flow process. In this meditation episode I guide you through the experience of LISTENING + FEELING whatever needs to be heard and felt within you.  It’s a discovery of being still and allowing yourself to be heard and feeling what has been ignored in such a way that it leads you to your stillness of mind.  This is an extremely powerful avenue of shifting your inner-world of chaos to one of peace.     Absolutely every single thing you encounter in your outerworld IS a reflection of your innerworld.  There is no getting around it.  Even if you do not agree with this, this very statement is reflecting your belief of non-agreement. So, look… there’s a virus in the world.  It’s on the news.  People are freaking out (maybe that’s you - maybe it’s not).  And how YOU are interacting with it is a reflection of your day to day - moment to moment interaction you have with yourself.  Not as a manifestation of this “virus”, but as a manifestation of what you’ve ALREADY been experiencing within you.  YOU are responsible for how you are relating to everything (period). In this episode I share 10 years of experience working with patients and myself on how things manifest physically in our body as an indicator of already existing thoughts and emotions.  That by the time the physical manifestation is occuring there have been previous indicators (of emotion).  I also share that it is impossible for us to judge the death and sickness of others; that our sole responsibility is ourselves. 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆, 𝑫𝒓 𝑲𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑲𝒐𝒕𝒕 💖 💥 I inspire my clients how to live from their SOUL.     How often do you appreciate YOU; THANK you, HUG you, ADMIRE you, COMPLIMENT you? When you have an experience with someone and you’re in such awe and maybe on some level believing they DID something.  So you thank them.  HEY!!!!!  Wait a second, you DID IT!  Do you thank you??? Do not forget about YOU in the equation of life.  When something happens, you did it.  Whether you like it or not, you did it!  Thank yourself for the gift. Remember, it’s you! Nothing is created from outside of yourSELF.  For the outerworld is only a reflection of your innerworld.  I know the physicalness can be distracting because it’s tangible + touchable and looks separate + exterior to you, but it’s not.  It can only exists externally because it exists within you. So…. when someone comes along and delivers something so sweet + kind to you - that’s YOU being sweet + kind to YOU.  And when someone comes along and delivers something so irritating + rude to you - that’s you being irritating + rude to YOU. It’s super great to thank others for delivering whatever gift they’ve brought you AND just remember to thank YOU.  Your personal power and freedom lives in your awareness of you.     #42 Give Up TRYING To Feel Good

    You’ll never access what you’re looking for by doing. WAIT… what?!  Okay so there’s plenty of times you take an action and you access what you’re looking for, right.  I call that inspired action.  The one where you’re inspired to act - it’s an impulse.  You follow it and BAM - rendevouz with that person, place or thing that co-creates a moment full of what you’re looking for. Well, that’s not what I’m referring to when I say you’ll never access what you’re looking for by doing. Doing is the energy of trying and forcing and looking and searching and fear and everything NOT Source (YOU).  Your doing is like being in the water and reaching out to grab a rubber duckie floating and as you reach for the duckie with the force of your body (will) you push the water towards the duckie which pushes it away.  Which then requires more energy, determination and force to try and access that thing you’re looking for. Though the truth is, you’re not actually looking to access the person, place or thing.  You think you might.  The truth is you’re much deeper than that and what you’re truly interested in is your connection to Source (Self) in every moment; in every person, place and thing. AND… the only true way to access anything in your life experience is by being.  Simply being.  It’s in your being-ness that ALL is found. Not that there actually is anything to even find.     Have you ever looked outside of yourself for your healing?  Hoping it will come from that Healer, that Coach, that Doctor, that Shaman, that Sage?  Maybe you make appointments with these Beings day in-day out; relying on outside forces from someone else and even thinking that what you experience when you’re there and after is on the sole capability of the Being assisting you. Please know, that there is NO right or wrong way to experience your healing and in this episode I take you on my personal journey of bruising (maybe cracking) my (left) rib while in Hawaii.  I share with you how it happened, the thoughts I had about it and the SELF healing that has altered my physical experience with my body and its sensations (pain). What I share with you is ultimately a journey of honoring the INNER WORLD instead of the OUTER WORLD and the very palpable and noticeable impact it has on the human experience. Whether your pain point is physical or emotional, this episode is for you IF you’re ready to LISTEN; to listen to your INNER WORLD.  I understand you may have fear and resistance to listening within; fear you may discover something you do not like.  I am here to tell you, there is NOTHING scary within and I truly mean NOTHING.
