Love that I’ve been given the opportunity by Anthony to help build this podcast.

Real, raw, informative & inquisitive — a podcast for everyone!

I tuned into The Up & In Show today to catch Anthony’s episode featuring The Human Builder, Mac Brazina, and felt compelled to write a review after listening. Being a subscriber since the podcast launched, I have been witness to the growth and progression of this show and of Anthony as a host. What I appreciate most about The Up & In Show is that even though the foundation is rooted in sports, Anthony and the rest of the Up & In Show team has diversified their guests and topics so that literally anyone who cares about themselves and other people can find something that interests them within the content of these episodes. From baseball and college athletics to mental health, entrepreneurship and social justice, there is always a lesson to be learned. Anthony’s personal and business experiences and connections give his listeners an inside look at life as a professional athlete, a business owner, a mental health advocate, and, even more importantly, as a human being. Real, raw, inquisitive and informative, The Up & In Show is a weekly staple in my podcast roundup and I hope you’ll add it to yours, too! Keep it up guys - proud of you!
