Anthony Ranaudo was joined by Ali Newland, a senior outfielder on the LSU Softball team to talk about her softball career and the work it has taken to be the player she is today. Growing up in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia with a dad who played college baseball, she's prepared her whole life to play college softball. From college visits in middle school, going to the field to practice at 10pm when her dad got off of work, and even mock media days with her dad and brother, Ali has put in immense work from a young age to be in the position she is today.
