The Urban Educator Podcast is designed to provide culturally relevant social & professional support to educators & community stakeholders in Urban communities. The podcast’s creator & moderator, Ronald S. McFadden, an urban education renaissance man, is the Founding Director & Conductor of the Urban Choral Arts Society Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland, a middle school teacher at Southwest Academy Magnet School in Baltimore County Public Schools, and a School Board Commissioner on the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners (City Schools).
