#347 New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, the Sun in Pisces, and Saturn Conjunct Neptune in Aries

Six transits this week, highlighted by the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, the Sun entering Pisces, and Saturn Conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries — the first time these two planets have met in Aries in 323 years. The Eclipse at 28° — the fifth consecutive New Moon at the Cancer degree — asks whether the groups you belong to hold space for who you're becoming or only for who you agreed to be when you joined. Venus Conjunct the North Node lands the same day, reimagining what relationships can be when rooted in compassion rather than compliance. The Sun enters Pisces, thinning the veil and calling us to the depths. The Substack essay of the week, "When the Dream Becomes Visible," traces every Saturn-Neptune Conjunction since 1703 to understand what happens when they return to the first degree of the first Sign. This is initiation itself. #346 Venus in Pisces & Saturn in Aries

Seven transits this week, highlighted by Venus's entrance into Pisces and Saturn's transit into Aries — where it will remain for the next 26 months. Mercury's extended transit through Pisces produced three documents in 1836 — the Alamo letter, the Treaty of New Echota, and the gag rule — and Rosa Luxemburg's prophecy in 1914. Both configurations return simultaneously in 2026 for the first time in over 600 years. The question: will we speak what we find in the deep, or let fear lay it on the table unread? Saturn in Aries has asked the same question across three cycles — 1937, 1967, 1996 — where has discipline become cowardice, and what has the refusal to act already cost? Churchill in the wilderness. King on the mountain. Mitchell at the table. The exam begins February 13th. Readiness is not bestowed. It is built. #345 Mercury in Pisces and Uranus Direct in Taurus

Six transits this week, highlighted by Uranus stationing direct in Taurus and Mercury's entrance into Pisces—where it will remain through April 14th due to an upcoming retrograde. The week begins with supportive sextiles as Mercury and Venus in Aquarius each align with Chiron in Aries, inviting us to face our fears around recognition, belonging, and what we truly need from relationships. By week's end, both planets square Uranus, shaking loose outdated values and patterns that no longer serve us. #343 The Sun, Mercury and Mars in Aquarius

Another 14-transit week as we shift from Capricorn season into Aquarius season. The Sun, Mercury, and Mars all enter Aquarius, joining Venus and Pluto to create a five-planet alignment in Aquarius — something we haven't seen since February 1791. Monday, January 19th is the epicenter, with six exact transits including the Saturn-Uranus sextile that's been building since late December. This week asks us to take one final look at the guilt, shame, regret, and blame that Saturn and Neptune in Pisces have been excavating — and meet it with compassion before these planets leave Pisces for good. We explore what it means to be an authority who distributes knowledge rather than hoards it, and how to stand out as an individual while still contributing to the group. Plus, a self-driving car on train tracks offers an unexpected lens on Mercury conjunct Pluto. #342 Venus in Aquarius and the New Moon in Capricorn

This week we're covering 14 transits—highlighted by Venus entering Aquarius and the New Moon in Capricorn at 28°. I open with an extended look at how the Capricorn stellium is already speaking through the headlines: Maduro's capture, Greenland, Venezuela's oil reserves, and the pattern I traced in last week's Substack essay playing out in real time. Every 32 years, this stellium stress-tests questions of authority, territory, and sovereignty. The ceiling becomes the floor. But the heart of this episode is closer to home. With the Sun and Mars squaring Chiron in Aries, fears and insecurities around authority are surfacing—both our relationship to external authority and to ourselves as the authority. I share some personal reflections on new fatherhood, the power I now hold over my children, and the generational patterns I'm determined not to repeat. We walk through Mercury opposite Jupiter retrograde in Cancer (the origins of how we relate to authority), Venus sextile Saturn in Pisces (taking responsibility for the guilt, shame, and blame impressed upon us), and Venus trine Uranus in Taurus (revolutionizing our values so we can show up differently than we were taught). It all leads to the New Moon in Capricorn on January 18th: setting intentions for how we want to be in authority moving forward. What fears are coming up for you? Let me know in the comments. #341 Capricorn Cazimis

The Sun, Venus, Mars, and Mercury are all transiting through Capricorn this week — something that hasn't happened since 1994. We're covering eight transits, highlighted by three major conjunctions: Sun-Venus, Venus-Mars, and Sun-Mars, all in the sign of structure, authority, and time. This is a week about getting back on the path, aligning what you love with how you're spending your time, and leaving the baggage of the past at base camp so you can actually reach the summit. At the end of the episode, I share a new Substack essay exploring the historical significance of the last five Capricorn stelliums — 1866, 1898, 1930, 1962, and 1994 — and the recurring questions they raise about land, property, and governmental responsibility. What structures are failing? What foundations are cracked? And what will we choose to build in 2026 that will shape generations we'll never meet?
