Love this
I love this podcast so much. It’s hilarious and doesn’t take itself too serious. The boys are great to listen to, and I wish there were more episodes!
Great stuff for any Weezer fan!
I’ve been listening to Weezer since I was 15 and they’re still one of my all-time favorites. This podcast consists of two die-hard fans talking about Weezer and trashing all of their worst songs, and I can’t imagine why any true Weezer fan wouldn’t love that. I can’t wait to listen to the rest of the season!!!!! =w=
Pretty good - would like more depth
I don’t agree with all of their choices but I do agree on most and I like the concept on talking about some of the bad songs by Weezer. They fully acknowledge that it’s their opinion and others will have different opinions so that’s good with me. I think the podcast starts out strong and the tidbits you learn as you go along are pretty cool. Tangents are sometimes fun, sometimes overbearing. By episode 6 or 7, their justification of why a song gets bad gets a bit repetitive- “it’s such a bad song” being the main critique of why it’s a bad song. Would love to hear more discussion of the performances or musicianship - I think the guys focus heavily on the words as the main judgement of why a song is good or bad but that is only one facet.
