Where do I start? One episode in and I was doneeee. Not only was I laughing, but I was learning something from them every single time. They come with wisdom but also the openness to learn from others and receive. They are gems and are doing the work! I appreciate it. The community needs it 🙌🏾 I probably listen to an episode a day. Relationship insecurities
Always on time! My partner and I have differences of opinions when it comes to sex. And y’all got it on the nail. That play time comes in handy but I love that y’all are vulnerable and transparent! The Alignment Episode 🌐
it’s the way I really needed this episode. I’m going through a big transition in my life where my environment will change for at least a year. I’ve never moved out of state, and I’m like wow, This is what I wanted to do for a while.. and I’m making it happen. I’m experiencing big shifts in my mind and noticing:reflecting:analyzing how I’ve shown up for myself and “beliefed”… in the sense of what is working and what is NOT working.
The [old, stagnant, limiting] patterns of my thinking and beliefs led me on a path I wish to be unfamiliar with moving forwards. A nu journey awaits and I’m a little scared but so ready. I feel like I’m giving myself a chance. A chance to thrive. 🥂 [cheers] To alignment.
