    Season 8 Episode 1: When Leadership is Your Purpose

    We have talked about leading with Purpose, but in today’s episode, we discuss Leadership being your purpose.    Why and how do you step into Leadership?    In this episode, we have a captivating conversation with Paul Conteh as he talks about leadership opportunities in his life and how he has raised his hand to serve as a leader. Getting out of your comfort zone and leading anyway.  Paul has a unique background in his childhood. he was captured and was made a child soldier. He is in the final stages of officer candidate school for the Virginia National Guard.  Paul is currently leading in many aspects of his life.
