Waterphobic but you’re helping!!

As a previous D1 track athlete, you can only imagine what my swim stroke looks like. I am terrified of long distance swimming. I normally stick with sprints, but I made a crazy choice and decided to sign up for the 70.3 to force myself to learn to swim correctly. This podcast is by far the most helpful and enlightening when it comes to technique. Thank you so much for all of the information you put out there! I may be contacting you guys about the possibility of future coaching one of these days. Thank you for all you do! Keep teaching us!

PLEASE: the audio is always at varying levels depending on who is speaking. I find myself constantly adjusting the volume whenever I listen to the podcast. Would love if this was investigated! Thank you!
