    This week's topic is slightly different than the usual topics discussed on this show but it is one that has been heavily on my heart lately. Self-love should be a priority in everyone's life, which is why I felt it was important to discuss. In this week's episode, I get a bit more personal and share some of the insecurities that I have struggled with or currently struggle with and how I've managed to change my perspective on a few of them. I also briefly share some information about my self-love journal, "You Are More ", which is being released at the end of next month.
