A Conversation with I AM BIG FIT

I AM BIG FIT is a seasoned MC from Eastover, South Carolina, recognized as one of the Carolinas’ most respected lyricists since the late 1990s. Known in Southern hip-hop circles as “Misfit,” he is a founding member of the Underground Railroad and a former member of the group Streetside. BIG FIT first made major noise in the streets with his feature on Streetside’s breakout single “The Heat,” a record that moved thousands of units independently and cemented his reputation as a raw, authentic voice of the South. His style blends Southern boom-bap, vivid storytelling, and street realism, earning him credibility across regions and generations. In the mid-2000s, FIT stepped away from the spotlight to focus on family, resurfacing occasionally for select features. In 2020, he made a powerful return with the underground mixtape I Can Do Anything, mixed by Carolina hip-hop legend DJ Kingpin V.O.V. Momentum continued with the release of “Not Me” in late 2024, followed by his first official solo project Stilluva in early 2025. Expanding his sound without losing his roots, BIG FIT dropped the 808-driven “What U Say” on September 10, 2025, then followed with the smooth, vibe-heavy single “ITSFIY” in November 2025, and the grown-up anthem "NEW BIG FRESH" in February 2026. Today, BIG FIT defines his sound as “Southern Soul Boom Bap,” handling every aspect of his music and showcasing a versatile catalog that makes him a standout and in-demand artist wherever his music is heard. A Conversation with JUJU WALKER

JuJu Walker sings for the seekers, the skeptics, and the souls longing for love, grace, and truth. Her music sits between faith and feeling—soulful, honest, and unfiltered—giving language to emotions many carry but rarely name. Born in Hawaiʻi and raised between Hawaiʻi and Detroit, Michigan, JuJu’s upbringing was shaped by movement, contrast, and culture. That duality lives in her sound, blending gospel roots with soul, hip-hop, and alternative R&B to create music that feels intimate, grounded, and deeply reflective. Raised in the church as a preacher’s daughter, JuJu learned early that grace had always been keeping her—even when stress, rejection, and expectation tried to pull her away from God. Labeled a rebel after becoming a young mother, she searched for love and meaning in places that lacked substance and left her hollow. Yet through every detour, God’s strength, ability, and perfect love continued to call her back—not to shame, but to remembrance. Her songs move like conversations and surrender sessions with God—sung prayers shaped by mercy, resilience, and truth. Through her music, JuJu reminds listeners that grace doesn’t arrive late; it has been present from the beginning, steady and unwavering, leading hearts home in love. www.jujuwalkermusic.com Follow Mark-Xtreme here  : Twitter / X : https://twitter.com/XtremeBpm Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/djmarkxtreme/ Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/DjMarkXtreme/ TikTok : https://www.tiktok.com/@djmarkxtreme
