    Belong - with Emma Forsey

    In the first episode of The Y, we’re talking about what it really means to belong. Nicky is joined by Emma Forsey, one of our Personal Development Coaches, to explore the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for young people when they first come to YMCA. They talk about the challenges young people can be facing when they arrive, the role trust and positive relationships play in helping them settle in, and how having the right support can give someone the confidence to start thinking differently about their future. It’s a conversation about belonging, building strong foundations and why sometimes having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
