Fictionz presents an updated twist on the classic 1892 short story by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, THE YELLOW WALLPAPER. In this new horror fiction series, Jeanine Mason ("Roswell, New Mexico") and Usman Ally ("A Series of Unfortunate Events") star as the couple who take a summer vacation that sets in motion Else's descent into madness. This series was directed by horror filmmaker Tony E. Valenzuela of BlackboxTV, written by Meredith DeSantos, and produced with Cottonwood Productions. *Please read: This series deals with issues of post-partum depression. Depression is a real illness. Don’t ignore it. Letting depression interfere with your life is not something you have to settle for. If your depressed mood lasts for more than two weeks, or is seriously interfering with your ability to function at work, with your family, and in your social life, or is causing you to contemplate or plan to commit suicide, it would be a very good idea for you to consult with a mental health professional as soon as possible. If you are feeling acutely suicidal, then bypass the advice about making an appointment with a doctor and take yourself immediately to your local hospital emergency room and tell them there that you are feeling suicidal.
