    Wisdom: Parenting (Part 1) - Formed by Culture or by Christ?

    Join Benjamin and Christina this week as they discuss the topic of parenting. In a world shaped by competing parenting philosophies, what does the Bible have to say about parenthood? In this first part of a two-part series, they explore common approaches—authoritarian, gentle, permissive, and more—and contrast them with a biblical framework rooted in both wisdom and the gospel. Grounded in Ephesians 6:4, the Gees outline seven core principles that shape their family and how they aim to train their children: Discipline Instruction Submission Perserverance Stewardship Grace Love In Part 1, the focus is on the first three: discipline, instruction, and submission.
