Therapy Beyond Validation

For therapy fanatics and therapy nay-sayers alike. This endeavor is an attempt to move away from the over-used therapy buzzwords and the ‘validation Olympics’ that have come to corrupt modern therapy. In BV we work to get back to the foundation of psychotherapy: challenging our psyches. Sometimes dubbed the non-therapy therapist, together we move through listener questions utilizing psychology, realism and a touch of humor. Be forewarned that you will not simply be affirmed in this therapy room. But know that true change comes from some discomfort. There will be unpopular takes, some uncomfortable conversations, and a few  harsh truths; but we will walk through it all together with grace, humor and love. Join us.
