Therapy: Let's Unpack That

I enjoy listening to Dr. Smith’s podcast. They are very informative. I recently informed my daughter that we are in need of therapy. Due to the bad stigma that comes along with therapy (there’s something wrong me, they’re going to put me on meds, therapy means I am crazy, etc.) she is totally against it. Although I tried to explain the therapeutic process she was not open to it. I played Dr. Smith’s first episode of Let’s Unpack That and allowed my daughter to listen to it. It is a very informative episode. Overall the podcast is very informative and interesting. She discusses an array of topics and provides an understanding each.
