    A N X I E T Y - Part One (THERAPY SESSION)

    Hey everyone. First off I want to wish you a belated Merry Christmas and a very wonderful New Year. .  This is officially the first episode of the much talked about "Therapy Session".  In the spirit of full disclosure, this episode was shot since October 2021 but I've been delaying the release for no other reason than self doubt. I know the potential this sessions have so I wanted to be 100% sure I was ready for that kind of commitment. This is a lot bigger than myself. I have my own fair share of mental health problems which is why I felt I wasn't in the right position to be talking to others about it. But after a lot of soul searching and conversations with my friends and mentors I've come to see the irony in my assumption. Therapy Session is not US telling You what to do... It's US sharing our experiences with the hopes that it makes you feel better about whatever You are going through. The aim is creating a safe space for us to talk about things other than Aperture or shutter speed. Here we can laugh, cry, heal, brainstorm, share, love and connect. Our Mental Health as creatives is our number one priority and we must protect it. . We are working on hosting the sessions on podcast platforms like Google, Apple and Spotify so if you can help us in any way that'll be very much appreciated.
