First, is the length of each episode, it's just the right amount of time to stay engaged with the material and pick up some wisdom nuggets. Speaking of wisdom nuggets, Marc and Angel offer so many. Seriously, focusing on only one of their suggestions could make a world of difference. I know it did for me, my favorite that I am working on now inspired by one of their episodes is the idea of continuous self education. Wow, the trust it takes in yourself to follow this path is challenging but, the rewards are huge.
