Make sure your team knows you value them and how important they are to the success of the company. Typically, the solution to a problem at the surface is hidden deep down. You have to dive deep to find the root of a problem in order to fix it. This usually takes being honest with yourself and your team, while having an outside point of view come in to assess. It’s important to align yourself with someone who shares your vision and core values. Without the same shared vision and core values, there will only be conflict and your success will be jeopardized. You don’t always get things right on the first attempt, so don’t give up! Sometimes timing is off, your not ready, or you have more to learn before you will succeed. It can be difficult to find your passion. Not everyone has that “ah ha” moment where they know. If this sounds like you, find something you are good at, keep practicing it, and eventually you will become passionate about it. If you don’t know something, go find someone who does and interview them. This is an easy way to gain new knowledge, make new connections, and be seen as an influencer in your industry.  Take a hard look at your assets, if you don’t have what you need than create them. Take inventory of what you do have, what you’re good at, and what you need to outsource.  For media, start local with a group of people who care about you and continuously work with them to get your message out there. This will help start your platform and eventually build you up towards higher levels of press and success.

Try to take a step back and see the world in there point of view.  In such a high paced society, it’s important for us to quiet our minds. Try a focused concentration method such as meditation. By doing this your body will quiet down so your mind can become clear.  5 tips for improving performance: Learn how to focus.Get yourself into a deep state of relaxation such as meditation.Deal with your negative self talk and channel it into productive thinking. Use your senses to create powerful visualizations, that way when you are walking into a situation you will know what to expect.  Find your fear, name it, than clear it. 4. Evaluate where your control is. Let go of what’s out of your control and focus on what's in your control.
