    You asked, and we answered! Today's episode is presented in a question-and-answer format. You know how they say, "there's no such thing as dumb questions?" You wait until you hear these. We are always looking for more content ideas, and we plan on making Q&A's a thing in the future. Overall, what a fun ride season one has been.     It should be no surprise that we are our own biggest critics. From what we do, think, and say, we are in a constant state of judgment. This becomes particularly prevalent when relating it to our own body image. What others see is certainly not how many of us view ourselves. Today's episode attempts to share some of our own body image issues, and we wish to normalize this crisis of self-sabotage. If we are going to live with ourselves for the rest of our lives, it's never too early to start working on our relationship with ourselves.
