I read somewhere that overthinking is a "national epidemic" among young and middle-aged adults. I thought, dang, if they're considering me and my circle, they're spot on. Overthinking is something we've unintentionally taught ourselves to do, which I'm on a mission to unlearn. With that in mind, welcome to Think Yourself Crazy, a podcast for the overthinker.
