Exactly what I need!

Like Dr. Deb says, we all know what to do to lose weight it’s doing it that is sometimes hard. I just found the podcast this week and started at the beginning. I’m definitely a storm eater and sometimes a fog eater. Mindful eating is what I need. At my age (61), I have no desire to be on a “diet”. I have found I don’t think about food nearly as much since I started the podcast. I listen while at the gym, in the sauna, etc. I love to exercise so I have no problem there, I need help with binge eating and already have made progress! Can’t wait to continue listening!

Long Time Listener Thanks You 💕

Such a great podcast and has helped me through much of my own health journey! Highly recommend to anyone but especially women in mid years..peri menopausal is where I am at.

I have been listening to this podcasts for just about 2 years now. I listen while I am driving or on the treadmill and it has given me inspiration, tools and much needed perspectives on ways of thinking about my thoughts. Today Dr Deb graciously met with me for a mini session and it is just what I needed on this day. Thank you so much for that.

I have been on my journey for a very long time, losing quite a bit of weight and have been able to stay consistent and inspired until recently when I started to have old thinking. I have been terrified to gain the weight back and fall into old patterns that left me overweight and feeling unwell. I have been doing some thought work since the session and am excited to ponder the final question Dr Deb posed to me after the session 💕. Thanks Cynthia
