On this episode, we chat through a Guardian article on how social media is affecting young people today, and what we can all do to avoid our phones ruling us. We also chat about the design approach that social media companies use to keep you hooked, and why you shouldn't always judge people by what you see on social media (but you already knew that anyway, didn't you?)
