    104: Julia Pels

Hey guys! Did you miss me? Of course you did. Well I'm back with another amazing episode with my special guest Julia Pels (@queercomedian). We chat all about how she got into stand-up, her personal involvement with a #metoo comment made on Facebook, growing up in Chicago, how she met Tom Hanks and Sarah Silverman (not at the same time), and how she started her monthly comedy show, Killer Unicorns. It's a crazy episode, so buckle up! Also, if you want to check out the appellate decision of Julia's court case you can go to this link http://www.metnews.com/articles/2020/blancarte030220.htm

*DON'T SPARE THE DETAILS PODCAST PREVIEW*

*DON'T SPARE THE DETAILS PODCAST PREVIEW*

Oh hey guys! I've started a brand new podcast called Don't Spare The Details! The podcast is simple. I sit down one on one with a guest and have them tell me all about something they know and love. Whether it be a book, TV show, movie, graphic novel, album, or whatever. I have them share with me who got them into it, when they first came across it, and why they love it so much. And of course, I make sure they don’t spare the details!

It should be mentioned, this is a *SPOILER ALERT* style podcast. The mission of this podcast is to talk about a wonderful piece of art at great length, so you don’t have to spend 90 hours watching or 2,000 hours reading it. What? I read slowly. So if you love spoilers or already know everything there is to know about this amazing piece of media, then this is the podcast for you! On the very first episode, I sit down with a friend of This Comic's Life, Zack Hillman! And we talk all about William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury. If you like the show head over to https://anchor.fm/dstdpodcast and subscribe there. This Comic's Life is not ending. I am simply starting another podcast and want you guys to check it out. Thanks in advance.

103: Deanne King a.k.a My Mom

Hey guys! Did you miss me? Of course you did. On this special episode I sit down with the one woman that started it all, literally! That's right, my mother! She and I share a hotel room in New Mexico on Mother's Day and talk about all things comedy, family, her nursing career, and how she's been in my life, well my entire life. This episode means a lot to me and it was a real pleasure to sit down with my mom and share what I love doing more than anything else. Funny & Raw

Not going to lie, I heard about this podcasts from a friend and it stayed in my podcast app unlistened for about 3 months ... I know, I'm a terrible person, but I'm not much of a comedy podcast listener. I finally listened to the podcast and I couldn't be happier that I did. D. Willams puts himself out there in way most could never own up to. We laugh at comedians, but it's easy to forget that it's an art that requires skill and patience. D.Willaims does a great job showing us the journey. Keep up the good work!!
