    Automotive testing in Inner Mongolia

    Gustav Holmgren, from Sweden, is a site manager of an automotive testing company in Yakeshi, Hulun Buir City, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In Yakeshi, winter lasts six months and temperatures can plunge below minus 40 degrees Celsius. In recent years, the small city has become a robust winter automotive testing ground. Let's talk to him to know more about his 20-year experience here and China's automotive testing industry in his eyes.

    When Shakespeare meets Tang Xianzu

    At the Seventh Tang Xianzu International Theatre Exchange Month in east China's Jiangxi Province, an English-language rendition of the Kunqu Opera masterpiece "The Peony Pavilion" was brought from Shakespeare's hometown to Fuzhou, hometown of Tang Xianzu, the author of "The Peony Pavilion."  We talked to some international performers participating in the rendition and the festival.     Global Economic Prospects 2024: World Bank

    In this episode, we'd like to share with you an academic workshop on the global economic prospects in 2024. The speaker is Ayhan Kose, World Bank's Deputy Chief Economist and Director of the Prospects Group. The group produces the World Bank's flagship reports, one of which is Global Economic Prospects, discussed in this episode. The Q&A section was moderated by Gerry Rice, Former Director of the Communications Department of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. The workshop was organized by the International Finance Forum on Feb. 28 Beijing time.
