    We All Have Set Backs and Bad Days

    Welcome back from the holiday break. I hope everyone had a relaxing time away from “real life”. My family enjoyed our time but ended with a not so great weekend. I have been very emotional and down these last few days and that has manifested in the whole family having a rough time. All of this is ok and normal. Hear how I am coping and telling my mind a different story! Enjoy!

    How To Get Your Kids To Eat

    Talking about getting your kids to eat...anything. I would love it if my kids even ate mac n cheese. Even a pb&j would be amazing! Hopefully I’m not the only one.     I always wanted to be a parent but now that I am sitting here with an 8 and 10 year old I have realized that “This is not fun”! Join me in an adventure of getting through lives ups and downs, self healing and raising humans!
