There’s nothing better than hearing or reading something that completely overhauls your perspective for the day. After listening to any episode of this podcast, I become much more appreciative and aware of the little things that make me happy. It is so refreshing to hear such a wide range of answers to one of the most important life questions…that we all forget to ask. It’s casual, relatable, and always up-lifting!

This podcast brings a smile to my face every Monday morning. I love listening to these great conversations and hearing what makes other people happy. It's really interesting how everyone has such a different answer and though behind there happiness. "This makes me happy" is a podcast that lives up to its name. When you listen to the different guests talking about what makes them happy with such passion, it's impossible not to smile. It's uplifting, interesting and, what I like the most, is thought provoking. It gets you thinking about what makes YOU happy. And by thinking about it, you start your own mental notebook to fill with things that make you happy when they are happening. It's a beautiful realization.
