    The end of homework

Elena did well, but even on good days, homework is haaaard. The math she does at school is all in Spanish, so we end up speaking a bunch of both languages. Spoiler: she finished her homework.

A canção do Parque das Aves

A canção do Parque das Aves

    Date Recorded: 6 April 2019

Location: Parque das Aves, Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil

On our trip to Iguazu Falls, we spent some time in Brazil. There is a delightful bird park near the National Park entrance to the Brazil side of the falls called Parque das Aves. While walking through the park, we stopped to eat at their snack bar and there was a family of four, singing and playing music. I placed my phone nearby and hit record. The group looked to be indigenous (or at least representing indigenous dress and music).

Title translation: The Bird Park Song
