    Responsibility-oh this is a tough word/concept for most people to understand or beleive that they are low in that characteristic, but its true in most cases. Pointing your finger and blaming others is a sign that someone is lacking in resposibility. By responsibilty I mean caring for another or a part of life to where you are willing to ensure that it is protected and kept safe-also that a person can accept the role of a causative agent in a happening-he see what part he played in an event-good or bad.
