This Week In White Supremacy Podcast

Five stars for this podcast! There’s always more to learn and this podcast supplies the info in a never-dull, conversational, revealing way. If we, the Whites in this country, are the ones who need to do the work of dismantling racism then we need to be aware of it in all shapes and forms. I am a white woman, USA citizen- born and raised- and I solidly believe in the validity of the if/then statement! For this show there’s no lack for material because , in Amerikka, Racism is EVERYWHERE. Jasiri, Miracle, Farooq and Shyheim vibe together with their unique chemistry and break down the week’s current events with piercing insight, sobering truthfulness and raucous humor. That last piece adds some relief since the material they have to work with is truly so painful-but-real for our times. Together they offer a brilliant working knowledge of history, the law, the human condition and the culture that makes Amerikkka what it is. I’ve found myself laughing out loud, sitting to pause and ponder my own complicity, and generally leaving after listening with fresh insight and motivation for change. I wholeheartedly recommend others listen too. This is as dope as a podcast on this subject matter can be and well worth every minute of your time!

Whew! Appalled by the content that was being broadcast in the first 30 minutes of this show (watched on FSTV). These are the most uniformed young people I have listened to this year. It was unbelievable to hear so many wrong ‘facts’ spewed by the podcasters. I’d like to know if any of these people on the podcast have had or currently have friends or spent any significant time with on a personal level that are different (ethnically, socio-economically, culturally, educationally) from them. Each of them need to spend quality time with people different than themselves and immerse themselves into other people’s lives prior to ‘professing’ any expertise on how someone different from them think or feel. In addition, on the 12/20/24 show on FSTV, they were discussing Trump’s Rally at Madison Square Gardens, specifically what was allegedly said that was ‘racist’. Were any of the podcasters in attendance? Where did they get their information from about what was allegedly said that was racist? It’s interesting to note the information they were sharing and drawing conclusions about this rally and the actual facts of what occurred at the rally are not the same. Apparently, these podcasters are focused on entertaining listeners and not on discuss the facts based on data.

Great job spreading the hate! You achieve nothing by what you’re doing. But - I guess your community is used to that.
