    In this episode of Those Who Do, Jose Burgos and I discuss a variety of topics, including: Origin Stories, Dad Life, Training Fighters, Community and what's next. Jose Burgos has started, owned and partnered in a variety of businesses. Jose currently owns a barbershop in Berlin, Ohio, trains pro and amateur fighters in Millersburg, Ohio and has some great new projects he is bringing to area as well. We dive into what life was like for Jose growing up, how that shaped him and his mindset on taking charge of your own destiny. I'm sorry for the terrible audio on my mic. My settings were way off and I tried my best to salvage it. To be honest, I debated on not releasing this episode because of the audio; so you can only imagine how bad it sounded before. Hopefully it won't happen again! I know what I did wrong, so we should be good. Thanks for your patience as I figure this stuff out. Thankfully Jose had lots of great stories and interesting perspectives of his own to share and his mic audio was fine. Jose and I will definitely be doing another episode in the future, so I'd recommend listening to this one so you have some context for his origins.     This is an assortment of of outtakes of a conversation with my oldest son. Partially a mic check and partially a quick introduction to some of my background. My name is Galen Irias and I am the host of "Those Who Do". This is a project I have wanted to work on for some time now. I have had a variety of iterations over the years. This I believe is approaching the final framework for what I have envisioned. This is a super rough cut and random conversation. Going forward the episodes will feature Guests who have created and are creating, businesses, projects, artists and other unique stories. My goal is to create a platform where I can bring awareness to those just starting out, and gain insights from those who have already accomplished great things to share with you.
